Before using the Oleap mobile application ("Service") operated by VOICEAI SDN. BHD. ("we" or "our"), please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
VOICEAI SDN. BHD. reserves the right to modify subscription fees at its sole discretion. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. VOICEAI SDN. BHD. will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee changes to allow you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before such changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the revised subscription fee.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Paid subscription periods are non-refundable, and you can continue to enjoy membership services until the end of the current subscription cycle. Upon termination, no further charges will be applied to your account, and you will lose membership status and associated benefits. If you purchased an annual membership or transcription minutes from Oleap but have not yet used or activated them, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@oleapai.com and provide your order details. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VOICEAI SDN. BHD. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of VOICEAI SDN. BHD.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
